Responsible for product engineering support of existing products.Activities include working on design improvement, cost reduction, new feature incorporation, and design for manufacturing projects.Conducting ongoing product testing and competitor product evaluation. Responsible for collaboration on projects between three production plants and management of resource allocation.Management of an engineering team, drafting team and product data management in SAP.Management of annual project planning and resources allocation that contributes to topline and bottom line numbers.Project engineering and management inclusive of creation of Capex, implementation into plant operations and successful product launch and support involving sales and marketing.

Responsible for generating SOP, process improvements, and scrap reduction process for the balloon catheter for urinary and vascular product.

Supported the molding department and the optimization of the mold setup. Participated in the annual preventative maintenance of the ten, one hundred ton molding machines. Developed a visual quality inspection board for known processing defects
