As a Senior Client Support Specialist, I worked with large health systems to improve patient satisfaction and develop strategies for increasing patient payments through the R1 Entri Pay patient payment software. My day-to-day responsibilities included leading and managing client meetings and working with internal team members to triage software issues and then prioritize the resolution of those issues. My responsibilities also included training clients on how to use the R1 Entri Pay software, advocating for my client's needs while also managing their expectations, and collaborating with team members about the best ways to make our clients successful.

Fremont, California

While at PlanetMagpie I worked in a variety of capacities that honed my attention to detail skills, organization, and adaptability. I was responsible for managing our IT team and coordinating many client projects from start to finish. My other duties included the management and organization of data using excel and organization skill, performing financial reconciliations, managing our CRM database, and coordinating schedules for team members and clients. I gained valuable and diverse experience working with many different clients and various departments within PlanetMagpie.

As an audit associate my responsibilities can be broken out into 3 categories. Project administration work such as completing varying project task and goals, performance which includes analyzing data and problems solving, and lastly client relationship cultivation. I have had the opportunity to work in various industries including non-profits, for profits, financial institutions, governments, and universities. This position required a proficient knowledge of excel, strong verbal and written communication skills, and research and evaluation capabilities. The demands of being an auditor have improved my efficiency and organization and as a result I have a more focused, driven, and resilient work ethic.

Responsibilities include: delivering parts to clientele in a timely manner, preparing delivery routes for drivers, knowledge of how inventory is organized and where all the parts are located, pulling inventory for deliveries in an efficient and timely manner, and restocking inventory when new shipments arrive. Organization, efficiency, and focus are all important skills for these various roles.

Lyon Area, France

During my sixth month study abroad experience in Lyon France I studied French, culture, and art at a local university. I had the opportunity to live with a host family during my stay and learned even more about French culture and the language from that opportunity. In addition I planned various trips through other Europe and Northern Africa.

Aided a sophomore high school in all subjects. Worked to instill strong work and study habits and prepare the student for college and other personal goals.

My responsibilities include picking up 3 children from 3 different schools, taking them home or to activities, fixing them a snack, helping with homework, and encouraging physical activity or games instead of TV and video games.

My responsibilities included greeting customers promptly as they arrived with a friendly and helpful manner. Helping them with their luggage and any other services they may need. Then writing them a valet ticket and parking their car. Also was responsible for taking luggage up to customers rooms and placing it in their room where they requested it be.
