- Managed and mentored Digital Advertising Operations team (8 direct reports). Trained associates on ad trafficking procedures and ad serving technologies, assigned campaigns, trafficked advertising, managed workload for direct reports and facilitated reporting, monetization, sales systems and processes- Proactively followed and incorporated key business trends, through continuous education of team members.
