• Manages, trains and develops 12-15 retail bank branches on cross selling opportunities and expanding upon their present knowledge of the mortgage process• Converts mortgage leads or referrals to applications and makes outbound cold calls to sell our products and services• Completes loan interviews over the phone with customers, leads and prospects and matches the Bank's mortgage products to needs• Cultivates relationships with branches to help them grow their book of business and develop more networking relationships. Convert mortgage leads or referrals to applications and make outbound cold calls to sell our products and services. We are always adapting to a business that is constantly changing and growing. We provide mortgage expertise to Residential Lending management, Mortgage Loan Services and other departments within State Farm. We provide product counseling and be able to sell to our State Farm agents and customers. We maintain relationships and actively promote State Farm Bank with outside agencies, third party vendors, State Farm agents and Agency Leadership. We are required to stay current with the State Farm Relocation and Affordable Housing Program guidelines.We balance a pipeline of over 60 loans at a time as well as make it a priority to bring in new business every day.

Our team supported the servicing of mortgage loans. I processed the lien releases from the various states but specializing in the state of California. I researched and prepared documentation. I Analyzed requests in accordance with established guidelines to determine appropriate courses of action. I Trained new employees on the procedures and created more effective procedures as things changed. I updated rosters and data collection and the weekly issue log. I created production trackers for each new associate.
