Chaired weekly collaborative learning team meetings for over 30 teachers to impact both students and teachers' knowledge of mathematical goals. Developed online learning resources via Canvas Learning Management System, utilized by over 700 students Administered one-on-one coaching for 15 parents, teachers, and students weekly that require customized training to enhance different learning styles and meet statewide goals. Multi-tasked up to four school wide projects at a time, ranging from state testing preparation to collaborative learning efforts. Saw projects from invention and implementation to evaluative feedback and improvement to enhance schoolwide assessment performance. Conducted root cause analysis of student’s assessments quarterly to develop three priority objectives based on organizational goals.

Established and implemented a hands-on training strategy in the areas of language arts, mathematics, and science with corresponding curriculum to achieve overarching goals. Selected from a pool of 250 teachers to work with language arts specialists and department heads to create county wide phonics program that impacted 62 elementary schools and met statewide goals. Facilitated annual multi-cultural event with over 300 attendees annually, including vendor management, marketing promotion, and event itineraries.
