About Morgan Merricks
I love to innovate and come up with creative solutions to problems and I love feeling like I'm making a difference in the world. That's why I left the biopharmaceutical world in Georgia and came to work in the digital security industry in Virginia.Working for Diplomatic Security has been one of the most rewarding career choices I've ever made. I've gotten to travel to some of the most amazing places in the world, including Central Africa, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and work with all sorts of people from all walks of life. In my previous position within DS, I was able to take part in delivering High Definition Video Systems to Posts that desperately needed better tools to help keep their facilities safe. Now, I am able to deliver vetting tools to Posts to keep nefarious persons from gaining access to American facilities. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding motorcycles with my friends, and taking on projects at home. I am a true do-it-yourselfer. If I don't know how to do something, I will learn all about it to that I can do it.
