I am Morgan Mitchell. I am a Junior and I go to Farmington high school and I also attend a program called mncaps standing for Minnesota Center for Advanced Professional Studies. I am taking the health care pathway, but they also offer business and education and just this year trades. I decided to join the program to further my education and get a head start on my future. I am planning on completing school to become a registered nurse then going on to dermatology or I’m going to enroll in an esthetician program, to become a nursing esthetician. Sports are very important to me, I hope to play in college. I am captain of the girls hockey team and take pride in being the best leader I can be, I also am on the girls lacrosse team. I also enjoy tennis and golf. I have recently starting going to church and I’m learning on growing my faith everyday. I have two jobs working for cornerstone parking group and a family friend owned food truck called Up in Smoke, I also babysit during the summer. All these jobs teach me my patience and time management skills, although it looks like am I am busy I chose to be here at MNCAPS to become as successful in my profession as possible at a young age.
