The main deliverable is to drive operational excellence, improve the performance, reduce and eliminate the defects and losses through the different Integrated Working Systems (IWS), Lean manufacturing and six sigma methods: autonomous maintenance (MTM, WPI), centerline, cleaning, inspection and lubrication, loss elimination processes (6W2H, UPS, LIR). Organizational skills are equally fundamental as 5S, Kaizen, Coaching on the floor, TPM, PDCA and hoshin cycles.• As Global Equipment Area Owner: Centralization of the equipment change request from the different P&G sites worldwide for machine improvement in order to identify new design with supplier and central engineering team. Version creation based on the change requests, first line implementation and package creation ready to reapply.

• Led the full End-to-End Start-Up of a new X0MM$ manufacturing for a new line to produce sustainable carton packaging for capacity purpose.

• Led first packing line to produce sustainable carton boxes. During this assessment, I had the opportunity to work closely to central engineering, R&D and suppliers to follow and input the design and technical reviews of the new carton machine. I have spent 80% of my time at the supplier to develop the machine and the new process control systems in place to control the QA online. I have been the key person and the benchmark and provide the full package of the machine to start new lines in Europe.

• Co-Leader for the star up of a new platform-managed equipment (in the US) to produce the first Aquarium Plastic boxes for Ariel pods in Europe with child safety innovation. • Led 2 new versions upgrade for the plastic lines and the roll out in the whole department. These new versions brought performance improvement and savings on material utilization. • Led the full End-to-End Start-Up of a new X0MM$ manufacturing for a new line to produce the first bag line in Europe with a zipper ‘’Child Safety’’ including recyclable plastic for Ariel pods. • Led the start-up of a new case former technology for bags line: Display Readiness Packs. Reliability performance record of the department soluble unidoses.

• Leader of the initiatives of the platform-managed converter equipment producing Ariel pods as:o Reception and start-up of several new converter equipmento 5 new versions upgrade for the converters of the whole department for throughput increase.• User of the standard work process for manufacturing star up leaders: Reliability and operational assessment, critical path schedule, cost, resources organization, training transfer, coordination and communication, qualification protocols, synchronization with the different department of a plant: HSE, QA, operation, planning, logistics, engineering and external suppliers.

• Start-up technician to qualify a new plastic packing line of 3in1 pods. Owner of the case former and case packers (Fanuc robot) technologies. • Preparation of the protocol and checklist for the installation, operational and performance qualification.• Machine vendor acceptance at the supplier. Performing safety, quality and reliability tests. Ensuring the proper documentation from the supplier as BOM, drawings or training material.

• Reference technician of a new 3in1 pods converting technology on a plastic packing line. • Responsible of the preventive maintenance organization and execution for the full packing line managing process electrician and mechanician.• Developer and user of an automated maintenance plan in SAP to follow spare parts orders to reduce store room cost.• Maintenance coach for inspection assessment of equipment condition (mechanical, electrical, pneumatical and transmission)Achievements: 2 years recognized as the best P&G packing line reliability worldwide with similar technology.
