As a member of the team at Corrao Kinetics, I was responsible for recruiting and marketing to new athletes through various channels, and regularly collaborated with the team to develop marketing and client acquisition strategies. I managed client outreach, created a database of prospective and current clients, and assisted in negotiating contracts. In addition, I was responsible for maintaining the facility and creating standard operating procedures for daily tasks and coaching sessions. I designed field workouts and weight room routines tailored to athletes' specific goals, coached both adults and youth athletes in sport-specific drills, and implemented an online workout database with instructional videos and exercise descriptions. Finally, I managed the company's social media presence to attract new clients and recognize current ones.
