Hello! My name is Morgan Nerich, and I’m a dedicated advocate and leader passionate about our legal system and criminal justice. I am currently pursuing a BA/MA in Justice, Law, and Criminology with a concentration in Criminology at American University, where I’ve maintained a strong academic performance.With a diverse range of experiences, I have honed my skills in advocacy, event facilitation, and crisis management. My work spans roles such as Title IX Lead at American University’s Center for Advocacy and Student Equity, where I oversee Title IX cases and promote student rights, to founding Aurelia Advocates, an initiative that champions Title IX rights for thousands of Cambridge Public School students. Additionally as a Workshop Facilitator and Chapter President with OneLove, where I lead initiatives to combat intimate partner violence on campus and in the DMV as a whole.In addition to advocacy, I bring my organizational and communication skills to my seasonal role working Security at Fenway Park, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction in my home state of Massachusetts. My commitment to making a difference extends to the policy and legislative realm through internships like my time at New Beginnings DC, where I supported advocacy for incarcerated individuals and voting rights restoration.Driven by a belief in the power of education, advocacy, and action, I aim to create inclusive environments and meaningful change in every role I undertake.
