I graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2017. During my college career I interned in venue management, marketing, financial sales, and was an elected leader of the Student Operations Management Association. Following my graduation, I spent my first 2 years in the Hospitality Industry between Marriott and Disney Resorts. I made the leap into Labor Management in 2019 when I became a Scheduler for Walt Disney World Security. During this chapter of my career, I had the opportunity to join a project team at Disney's Workforce Management Department to rollout the Cast Deployment System. I now bring this experience to my current role at Belk as a Workload Analyst. I constantly seek growth in my career and in my personal life. I have, not only the ability to learn, but the drive to seek new skills and gain new responsibilities in every role.
