· Oversee, grow, systemize, and foster NWOBS private and public-school contract partnerships, community service partners as well as both funder and awardee scholarship partners.· Lead a team to provide excellent customer service, reducing the cancellation rate by 19% YOY, annually support ~2,000 students and families, including medical and psychological screening with both client and staff feedback loops. · Develop and execute scholarship program supporting 61% of students, many of which are full scholarships for BIPOC and female identifying participants. · Mentor department from lived experience and through sharing articles, books, videos, etc. to maintain a healthy workplace as well as a strong work/life balance leading to an increased retention rate. · Build organizational capacity, leading the transition and continued improvement of a Salesforce database including a custom participant portal.· Facilitate all-staff workshops, bi-annual senior leadership retreats and internal staff training events, as well as deliver presentations to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.· Manage multiple organization wide projects that are SMART KPI goal driven using the RACI model and a strengths-based approach. · Efficiently lead the annual inventory process with key stakeholders. · Build and manage annual department budgets.

· With staff and stakeholder feedback, designed and built the model for NWOBS equity work, establishing the school’s philosophies, policies, and standards for inclusivity. Including developing and executing on a multi-year EID strategic plan. In one year saw a 6% growth in ethnicity diversification and an 8% increase in gender diversity on Open Enrollment courses, serving more students across the racial and gender spectrum. · Created and recruited a staff EID advisory committee that provides input on yearly goals to meet strategic objectives and are conduits of information to and from their respective departments. · Served as the NW regional representative on the national Outward Bound EID group. · Assisted in designing a new field staff compensation plan that is aligned with the equity and people strategy across departments and organization.· Conducted an equity and inclusion audit of communication and marketing materials to ensure inclusive content across web, social media, and other communication platforms.· Built affinity group courses for groups such as Grieving Teens, The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Word Is Bond, female identified youth, LGBTQ youth, Veterans, and many Portland metro area school districts by assisting in funding proposals, relationship building, partnering with community organizations to achieve partner driven outcomes and contracting specialty EID training for staff.

Led a team of Student Transition Coordinators. Preparing exit-level high school students for their post-secondary goals while eliminating many of the hurdles for low-socio economic students in a non-traditional high school setting, develop and lead presentations and trainings, resume building, financial aid workshops, organizing seminars, organizing volunteer activities and guiding students into the college/vocational school of their choice whilst maintaining precise records of all students progress.

Visual Presentation Specialist, Sales Specialist, Cashier Specialist and Outdoor School Instructor. This included implementing and training others to implement the visual standards for the Dallas 45 REI as well as preparing individuals for various outdoor feats from a beginner runner to summating Mount Kilimanjaro. Responsible for creating and implementing visual changes that produced up to 50% growth in a quarter. Experience in shipping and receiving, social media and large event coordination.

Volunteer Coordinator Intern. Seeking new volunteers, handling the application process, organizing and managing volunteer group’s activities, picking up donated goods from volunteers/delivering donated goods to clients, managing a donation unit and ESL tutoring. Kept donor finances in the black while seeing the organization through a transition of Donations Managers.

Urban Ministry Leading Coordinator. Led a team of college volunteers in planning and carrying out weekly youth activities and lessons. Included mentoring youth and staff along with community outreach. Organizing field trips, weekly meal preparation and volunteer experiences for up to 50 children a week.
