Supply Chain Planner
CurrentBroad supply chain responsibilities for a fast growing indie clean skincare brand in Vermont. Supply Planning , Procurement and Logistics • Creates the supply plan using Netsuite's MRP module to maintain continuous availability based on the requirements planning tool inputs• Stewards vendor relationships, building a quality procurement network• Creates and maintains purchase orders with tier I and II suppliers• Ensures POs are delivered on schedule and based on specification • Resolves quality control and CX issues Supply Chain Innovation • Works with Product Development on sourcing and costing new components• Works with tier II suppliers to optimize cost and qualityWarehouse and Distribution • Works in partnership with 3PL team to ensure proper flow of outbound order fulfillment and receiving • Partners with 3 sales channels to ensure appropriate inventory availability and fulfillment capacity • Oversees inbound logistics from factory into warehouse
