Morgan is passionate about food and all aspects of the experiences related to it…from preparation, to serving, to the atmosphere surrounding and enjoyment of it. It is her favorite thing to do. Through studding at Johnson and Wales Morgan has completed her Associate in Applied Science in 2020 and her Bachelors in Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship . After school Morgan was offered a full time job at Best Impressions Catering as Table and Twine Sous Chef. To have a successful kitchen a great chef needs to have some fundamental traits: leadership, teamwork, respect, good communication skills, solution-oriented, and patience. A head chef or owner of a meal delivery service needs to be able to lead a team to success. Successful teams respect each other, solve problems, build upon their strengths and work together to improve any weaknesses. Morgan wants to create an environment which gives her team space to grow alongside her business. It will be a safe place to learn with good communication, patience and teamwork. She believes that she has a good foundation in these fundamental traits and is committed to continually improving them.As stated earlier, Morgan’s ultimate goal is to open her own meal delivery service. Working in in a catering kitchen she has been able to work with a very wide variety for foods and products. Morgan has also gotten the opportunity to participate in the Johnson and Wales internship program as another opportunity to gain real-world experience while in school. Morgan looks forward to the day she can open her own meal delivery service but realizes there is much to learn from the journey, and she plans to take advantage of every possible opportunity along the way.
