Morgan commenced his real-estate career in 2014 after six years of working in the hospitality industry, his hidden flare and passion for real estate landing him a position as a Sales Assistant for Laing+Simmons Mt Druitt where he would now mould and develop his sales skills as well as refining his skills in buyer and vendor management to go beyond the expected. In this role, Morgan was also responsible for conducting Open Homes, negotiating and advertising. In late 2014 Morgan landed himself within another of Laing+Simmons franchise offices, this time located in Blacktown as a Sales Consultant. During his time with Laing+Simmons, Morgan has developed an advanced understanding of the property market as well as the ability to analyse trends in the market place, including current supply and demand levels and the effect this has on current sale figures.Morgan is now a New Home Sales Consultant for Clarendon Homes in Queensland after being in the Building Industry for almost 10 years most recently with Simonds Homes and is very excited for his future in Queensland. Morgan's advanced people skills and sales ability see him constantly go the extra mile for all of his clients.
