• Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, hiring process for a variety of vacancies (primarily professional, management, and executive-level) within Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Division. • Create and promote postings using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System, social media platforms, and various job boards • Represent the Salvation Army as an employer of choice by attending job fairs, establishing relationships with local colleges and associations to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.• Partner with hiring managers and provide consultation through the interview, selection, hiring process. • Evaluate the success and progress of Talent Acquisition and DE&I goals within the division via surveys, reports, and customer (hiring manager, employee, candidate) feedback. • Lead in developing and maintaining the recruiting and selection strategy to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce for the Division.• Manage the ATS for the Division to ensure data integrity and process efficiencies.

Highlights: Organized a volunteer event for 107 NM interns, in partnership with United Way, which serviced the Journey House to promote literacy for the youth of Milwaukee.
