    My current role as Business Analysis Manager is to provide high quality forecasting and business analysis for decision making across the Club and Foundation. Through my current role, I am responsible for the completion of the Club wide budget, forecast and business plan, working with all business units, finance team, COO, and CEO to play an integral role in the reporting function of our business. My responsibility for reporting also includes working the AFL to deliver Club AFL Reporting inclusive of quarterly forecasts, CFR, TPP and Soft Cap reporting. In addition, as a part of my role I manage the finance team through the audit to ensure a strong end of year result is delivered, and clear and concise financial statements are presented. My current role allows me to work across all facets of the business, gaining a greater understanding of how departments of our club operate and building strong professional relationships with my peers and senior leaders. I have built strong relationships with the Club & Foundation board members by attending, presenting, and overseeing the operations of the bi-monthly F.A.R.M meetings for both the Club & Foundation.
