MailMyStatements is a technology-driven statement, payment, and collection vendor that specializes in simplifying the billing process. As a Client Success Manager, I am responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with company objectives.Additional job functions include assisting external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, and solutions while evaluating client needs and developing configurations that support business processes. Additionally, I test and troubleshoot final system setups and provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.

Transitioning from the Admin Team to our Sales Support team was a big jump. I was no longer in charge of scheduling meetings and appointments, but was now supporting our sales team who were selling any "managed" product. I was responsible for composing proposals for the sales team to present to clients; I personally managed our Telco report which kept track of all Internet & Phone lines that we were managing for clients. I also maintained the data entry for all new deals & tracked them until completed.

During this transitional role, I supported 5 Executives at Computex, including the CEO. I was personally responsible for scheduling transportation (Limo, Plane and Rental Car), hotel, restaurant reservations, and meetings for all 5 Executives. It was my duty to always know where they were at and dealing with what they needed at the time. I also handled their expense accounts/ reports and any other task an executive assistant may be called to do.

Most of my duties were centered around Reception work - Answering the phones, scheduling meetings for the conference room, placing lunch orders for important meetings and events, clerical work such as data entry and filing for accounting.
