(Oct - Dec 2022, Apr - Jun 2023) As a MPM/ Market Application Engineering Co-op, I handle the production of customer facing sales tools, internal posts discussing new technology, creating crossover guides for different products, exploring new applications for SICK technology, and shadowing on customer visits.

(Apr - Jun 2022) I re-joined the Manufacturing team to complete my thesis on digital work instruction implementation. I managed the input from multiple teams including Document Control, Quality, Manufacturing, and some German counterparts to create a fluid and detailed digital work instruction implementation manual. This manual includes the initial transfer to a digital system, maintenance of the instructions when changes are required, and a platform to display them on in various workstation configurations.

Processed over $2 million in orders over 11 weeks. Developed fluency with customer and sales rep communication relating to pricing and availability, tax exemption certs, shipping specifications, blanket orders, order cancellation, quotes, and other PO related items. Got exposure to different sized accounts and the different degrees of assistance they each required, along with SAP.
