• Managing and assisting in the development and implementation of community-focused activities ( Support4Communities ) and responsible gambling programs;• Building awareness of community program messages through program and project delivery, including events and social media related to sources of funding for arts, culture and heritage ( Support4Culture ), as well as amateur sport in Nova Scotia ( Support4Sport );• Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders;• Being aware of latest developments in responsible gambling, charitable gaming and community investment;• Assisting in the development of the annual social responsibility business plans.

Lake Banook rejoins the global stage in Summer 2022 as the most powerful paddlers on the planet come to Nova Scotia to battle it out. The 2022 ICF Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe World Championships will take place from August 3 – 7, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.Operations responsible for 1,000 elite athletes and coaches from 70 countries for five days of competition. Responsibilities include, but do not limit to food services, accommodations, transportation and technology. Within the operational requirements includes volunteer needs. Achieved to obtain +550 volunteers on site. Certain tasks conducted to assist the committee involved launching the volunteer registration site, accreditation, volunteer training and stakeholder communications.

Created content for the organization’s social media and web page.Established relationships between agencies to promote collaboration.Worked with international canoeing federations to create visa support letters for all guests attending the event. Facilitated Board, Staff, Operations and Volunteer meetings, whilst creating all meeting minutes.
