Generating and developing business opportunities with Figured clients including accountants, Farm Advisory Firms and Rural banks who service Agribusiness' as well as other key partners within the Queensland and Northern NSW regions.

All necessary credit analysis on applicable accounts and jointly prepare Credit Papers.Undertaking all aspects of loan approvals so that they are consistent with credit policy including; • Loading financials into Moody’s Risk Analysis Tool • BIS II ratings & RAROC calculations • Critical analysis of financials (historical and forecasts) • Structure and key operating risk analysis • Supporting recommendations and conditionality- Managing loan settlements and collateral;- Maintaining sufficient oversight of the portfolio to identify accounts with deteriorating trends and to enable early detection of credits with above normal risk;- Improvements in credit policies, procedures and processes to both adequately capture risk whilst enhancing customer service and market position.

- All necessary credit analysis on applicable accounts and jointly prepare papers for approval by a higher delegated authority.- Undertaking all aspects of loan approvals so that they are consistent with credit policy and approving loans within delegation and in line with the credit risk appetite of the bank.- Maintaining sufficient oversight of the portfolio to identify accounts with deteriorating trends and to enable early detection of credits with above normal risk including management of account excesses, overdue reviews and ensure adequate account control across the credit portfolio.- Provide input to the ongoing development of credit policies, procedures and product development and process efficiency to both adequately capture risk whilst enhancing customer service and market position. - Provide guidance to branch staff and Rural Management on the content, structure and appropriateness of credit applications and account management strategies.

• Monitoring the portfolio, making sure credit reviews are completed within acceptable time frames.• Data entry and analysis of financial statements and cashflow projections. • Preparing written credit submissions for loan extensions, increases, credit reviews and other sundry loan variations. • General servicing of clients and responding to client inquiries. • Working towards meeting overall branch targets and objectives.• Maintaining a close relationship with the credit and legal departments as well as external stakeholders including clients and panel firms.
