I have been in the veterinary field for almost a decade and am a student currently attaining my Bachelors degree and pursuing my CVPM certification. I mentor and develop our team through dedication and understanding. Maintaining a positive culture is vital. I enjoy working with a team to exceed expectations of clients. I have been managing for 4 years and appreciate the growth and leadership opportunities it has given me. I take pride in our social media presence, overall review ratings, and website appeal. I am actively involved with the daily tasks within the practice. I posses strong leadership skills and strive to motivate others. I assisted in writing the employee handbook for the practice along side the practice owner. I manage human resources, client relations, laws and ethics of the practice, recruitment/hiring, training, payroll, scheduling, billing/accounts receivable, online pharmacy/website, social media, and more. I assist or fully conduct meetings for the staff. I am experienced in computer use and Cornerstone software. I am a multi-tasking machine that will go the extra mile to get the job done right. I am looking for new opportunities and know that my skills can be applied to many different positions. I am relocating and will leave my beloved home clinic but am excited for new opportunities and challenges.
