Responsible for the professional and administrative management of social work services for Primary Care and Emergency Dept.

Develops effective partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as non-governmental organizations. I am a driven, visible leader who provides developmental and operational support to clinical supervisors and staff. I serve as the backup supervisor, partner with Talent Acquisition team and utilize talent acquisition software to participate in sourcing, recruitment, interviews, etc. for all Clinical positions in my region. I also provide regular education and training about substance use disorder, comprehensive treatment, and the value of clinical services to clinical and non-clinical.
