• Accountable for the achievement of income performance targets for a portfolio of community-based events, in particular Relay For Life.• Implements best practices for event revenue growth; drives and encourages creativity and innovation at the event level.• Focuses on revenue growth by collaborating with current volunteers, local communities, and cultivating new business.• Engages, trains and manages relationships with community volunteers to ensure successful events execution.• Collaborates with Corporate & Distinguished Partners and Health Systems staff to maximize event success; leverages opportunities to engage constituents from corporate, distinguished partners and health systems activities in events through event sponsorship and participation.• Utilizes and responds to customer satisfaction survey, comparative event and success factors data.• Ensures strong logistical coordination for assigned events.

•Collaborate with University Career Services Event Management team to put on marquee events such as career fairs, student programs, and employer networking events throughout the academic year.•Create events for students and employers by booking rooms, fulfilling catering requests, gathering gifts, providing set-up diagrams, collecting employer business cards, and conducting follow-up calls to engage employer and student satisfaction, and compiling satisfaction data into reports for event management.•Communicate with employers about upcoming career fairs through phone calls, confirmation emails, securing registration through payment, and collecting satisfaction surveys upon event completion.•Manage relationships with internal and external vendors including conference services, facilities, catering, media, rentals, balloons, public safety, and more to assist with event planning.•Assist in the launching new innovative programs like CPS Day, site visits, and networking events in conjunction with the various colleges to garner student engagement through collaborations with University Career Services. •Produce printing materials that assisted in the coordination of office marketing efforts to reach a broader audience of students, faculty, staff, and employers.•Utilize technology system, NACELink to coordinate in on-campus recruiting program efforts, internship/career fairs, and on-campus workshops.•Supervise Student Workers by maintaining work schedules, overseeing assessment data input, and delegating tasks as assigned.
