IAM’s Director of Global Services primary focus will be to elevate IAM member benefits with strategic partners and drive the world-class membership experience IAM wants to provide its members. These benefits include the IAM Trusted Moving Company (ITMC) designation, the IAM Receivable Protection Program (RPP), the IAM Code of Ethics, and IAM Learning. The Director of Global Services also works closely with IAM leadership to achieve IAM’s current Strategic Plan, actively guiding several key initiatives. An additional key role is supporting IAM Members active in U.S. Government Shipping programs.
