A Team Leader is expected to maintain elite individual performance for themselves, their team and across the delivery unit. Alongside this, they must develop, and constantly improve, their team member’s sales numbers and wider KPI’s through continued guidance and training. A Team Leader must maintain excellent client relations, deliver quality & assist the accounts team with business continuity.
