Responsibilities include:- Managing long-term projects with clients to build reports that give them actionable insights, including weekly calls, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and consulting on best practices- Developing a report library to be available to all clients- Communicating internally to help determine the most critical reports and features- Hosting weekly office hours sessions for colleagues to work through challenging customer requests- Creating aggregate values based on client data to be available in reporting- Generating custom reports using SQL to answer both technical and business questions for clients

Responsibilities include:-Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the InsightSquared product from both a use case and a technical perspective.-Managing incoming client questions and troubleshooting inquiries by both email and phone, going above and beyond for the customer and team.-Using SQL and MySQL to navigate relational databases to solve customer problems.-Helping maintain internal and external InsightSquared documentation, including assisting in the launch of an online client forum.-Providing support that enhances product experience by identifying bugs and logging feature requests.-Providing expert-level advice on the InsightSquared product for both internal and external audiences.-Training new hires on the InsightSquared platform and client communication.-Overseeing work done to keep client configurations up to date with their current Salesforce set up.-Establishing strong relationships with individual clients through being their designated representative, hosting weekly calls, and assisting with necessary Salesforce updates.-Hosting weekly office hour sessions to assist coworkers with technical questions and challenges.-Assisting in developing new techniques to best serve larger customers with more complex configurations.
