Impact-oriented social change is my passion.I have strong skills and experience in project and program design, monitoring and evaluation systems creation, data collection and analysis, and promotion of learning and utilization of research-based interventions. This experience includes training and consensus building with multiple teams/stakeholders at headquarters, field office, and community levels to create appropriate systems for data collection, analysis, and use.I'm particularly focused on the powerful role of women and girls in creating social change.
