Morgan is the Accounting Manager for HBK’s management company entities. She manages financial reporting and regulatory filings in addition to expense allocations, budgeting and forecasting for departments across the firm. Previously, Morgan was a Senior Manager in the Trust Solutions practice at PwC with experience serving asset management clients in the Dallas PwC office. She has provided assurance services to various investment management entities, including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, registered investment companies, exchange traded funds and asset managers. Morgan holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of North Texas. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
