I am a strategic, creative, and passionate leader with over 13 years of experience in human resources, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), leadership development, and employee engagement. I am the Founder of Refined Leadership where I focus on creating phenomenal leaders and cohesive teams through coaching, speaking, facilitating, and consulting. As the former Associate Director of People Experience and DEIB at RVO Health, I created an inclusive and engaging environment for employees and organizations by leading the development and implementation of innovative programs and initiatives that foster DEIB across the company.With a proven record of success as a dedicated business partner, program manager, and leader, I have expertise in performance and talent management, training and development, and organizational leadership and development. I have established and launched employee resource groups, developed engagement surveys with an 83% participation rate, and partnered with executives and senior leaders to ensure alignment and integration of people experience strategies and goals. I am also an Adjunct Professor at St. Francis College, where I teach undergraduate and graduate courses on human resources management, organizational leadership, and organization development. I hold a Doctor of Business Administration degree, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, and a SHRM Certified Professional credential.
