Hi there, I'm Morgan. Throughout my career I've held various account management positions in the ad-tech industry. In January 2022, I joined Lyra's GTM Enablement team, supporting the Customer Success department.I possess an affinity for building authentic relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, pinpointing inefficiencies, and enabling my constituents with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. I'm eager to deepen my understanding through active listening, challenging the status quo, utilizing the resources around me and leading with transparency. I thrive in collaborative environments and feel most energized when inspiring others to do their best work. I can approach any professional situation with authenticity and empathy, as those are core tenets of who I am. In addition to my hard and soft skills, I'm passionate about making the spaces I inhabit more diverse, equitable and inclusive. On a personal note, I grew up in New Jersey and attended the University of San Francisco for undergrad. I completed my degree in 3.5 years with a major in Advertising and a minor in Design. I currently reside in San Diego and in my free time I enjoy listening to the Tim Ferris podcast (me and everyone else in Silicon Valley), long walks with my dog, snowboarding, and learning about wine (successfully completed WSET levels 1 and 2).
