As assistant project manager I helped the senior project manager with all aspects of project delivery, including tracking costs and billings, managing project engineers, and running project meetings and communications.My primary project during this time was to convert an existing building into a nursing school, including building mock hospital spaces.

My primary role as senior project engineer was to assist in the successful delivery of several healthcare TI's, including coordinating all scopes from MEPF to structural steal to interior finishes.

As project engineer, my primary role was management of MEP scopes in healthcare TI's, including subcontractor coordination, submittals, and RFI's.I also served as the closeout engineer for a major technology firm office handover, primarily in charge of the punch process, as-built documentation, and collecting final O&M information.

• Assist the mechanical systems project engineer in the below functions in the Chambers Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant expansion and remodeling project
• Maintain the project schedule for planning and work coordination
• Track material and equipment needs throughout the project, including submitting product data for approval
• Submit requests for information (RFIs) when construction feasibility or design questions arise
• Take field measurements of existing structures and layout new installations before part fabrication, as well as collect as built information for integration into our final construction model
• Model pipe systems in AutoCAD and perform mathematical analysis for pipe installations and fluid flows

• Acted as the point of contact for navigational and content support to the Microsoft Real-Estate & Facilities MS PKC website, integrating new construction deliverables including HVAC/Piping, Plumbing, Electrical.
• Provided coordination and evaluate plans, design specifications, and documentation regarding Microsoft’s construction project deliverables, particularly on their adherence to Microsoft’s Drawing Archive Standards
• Maintained security drawings and security device placement in the LENEL system for Microsoft campuses and data centers internationally
• Acted as the point of contact for content support and construction project integration for the Starbucks Facilities Tririga system containing Architectural drawings and related data content

• Created and managed technical communications for the Microsoft Real-Estate & Facilities Technological project management team to communicate project activity to business groups
• Regularly collaborated with project managers to review project activity and milestones including recognizing key accomplishments as well as areas of project concern
• Produced and edited technical documentation for projects when necessary

• Graded over 50 weekly assignments for the Strength of Materials and Statics courses including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), mathematical equations and free body diagrams related to forces acting on various shapes.
• Tracked the status of student assignment grades throughout the semester and assessed students’ work to identify and correct errors in methodology, and informed students of where they miscalculated

Maintained information on Microsoft’s internal employee website as requested by site content owners. Tasks included planning website content presentation with content owners, defining format standards, and maintaining uniformity throughout the SharePoint system.
