I then progressed to a Patient Access Supervisor role, where I managed the scheduling, registration, and billing processes for the Therapy and Wellness department. Currently, I am responsible for ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety standards, as well as leading and developing a team of staff and clinicians. I have strong skills in operations management, healthcare management, and patient care, and I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of our community.
