I am responsible for account managing Crawford existing clients and identifying growth opportunities for both TPA and loss adjusting, on a global basis.Key Responsibilities-Account management of an agreed selection of Lloyd’s Managing Agents and brokers-Establish and build new relationships where these are likely to be beneficial to Crawford-Identify new business opportunities, sell appropriate solutions to potential clients and convert to profitable revenue-Identify opportunities from within the existing client base and cross sell additional services-Develop strong working relationships with relevant personnel within Crawford business units worldwide-Liaise with Crawford class of business teams and regions and assist in promoting their services to the Lloyd’s and London markets-Work closely with the appropriate Crawford teams to ensure implementation of own won new services meet and exceed client expectations – systems, processes, MI etc-Identify new potential contacts for Crawford employees visiting London and where appropriate attend meetings-Assist Crawford employees visiting the Lloyd’s and London Markets in organizing meetings with their known contacts-Respond to Due Diligence requests-Create proposals and respond to RFIs-Ensure that CRM is maintained in the prescribed manner for all managed accounts and new opportunities-Participate in business development projects.
