Provide strategic and functional support for our reproductive health medicines research portfolio and organization-wide fundraising and operations.

San Francisco Bay Area

OASIS advances education and choice for women and girls, through programs, capacity building and policy advocacy. I manage three areas: 1) Operations, 2) Fundraising, and 3) Reproductive Health Medicines Research. OASIS is formerly known as Venture Strategies for Health and Development (VSHD).

Improved reproductive and maternal healthcare access and quality for inmates at the Maine Women’s Center by conducting a needs assessment and developing policy and practice recommendations. Developed data collection protocol, conducted interviews and focus groups with staff and inmates, analyzed data using qualitative coding software, created quality.

• Collaborated with the California Department of Public Health, Maternal and Child Health Division to develop an evaluation plan for the Black Infant Health (BIH) Program. The plan focused on social support and stress.
• Developed stakeholder analysis, logic model, indicators, and data collection and analysis plan.
• Trained in program evaluation methods by the CDC.

Provided consultation on girls' education program strategy, grant writing and organizational development.

Njabini, Kenya

• Mama Hope trains impact entrepreneurs from around the world and partners them with visionary leaders in developing countries to lift their communities out of poverty. Together, they fund and build community-identified.
• Developed Monitoring and Evaluation systems to help us track our impact in Njabini and beyond.
• Built partnerships in Nairobi to provide job shadowing and life skills training opportunities to our secondary school students.
• Edited grant applications and our Theory of Change to ensure a stable funding base.

San Francisco Bay Area

• Executed, managed, and delegated operational responsibilities and maintained strategic operational policies, documents, and expenses.
• Full-cycle recruiting including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews for both technical and non-technical roles, building new recruitment partnerships, and coordinating on-boarding and training.
• Project management for all social media channels, Google Adwords and Analytics, and SEM.

• Worked with the Business Development team to identify potential partnerships and expand Building Impact’s network of corporate clients.
• Completed administrative tasks including updating Salesforce, conducting research, and preparing materials for events put on by Building Impact.

• Worked on an Outreach Van that offers food, clothes, toiletries, and advocacy information to the homeless in Boston
• Served dinner in the Dining Room to guests, most of whom were poor or homeless women
