Born and raised in a small town, I developed the desirable qualities of a determined, hard working woman with an energetic, optimistic and communicative personality. I thrive on developing a stand out event. My passion for events, people and education led me to the University of Florida.I am a double graduate from the University of Florida where I pursued a bachelors degree in Agricultural Education and Communication with a specialization in Communication and Leadership Development. I received a masters degree in Tourism, Recreation and Sport Management. I got involved at the University of Florida by becoming a CALS Ambassador. For two years, I gave tours to prospective students, organized student events, traveled to high schools as well as junior colleges, and made many friends along the way. I also became a leader in Sigma Alpha by serving my sisters for two years as Recruitment Co-Educator. I have been heavily involved in several clubs such as Agricultural Communicators and Leaders of Tomorrow (ACLT) and Collegiate Farm Bureau. Dance Marathon is something else I enjoyed participating in at UF. Outside of school, I also helped plan and organize the Hugh O'Brian Youth (HOBY) Leadership Seminar that's held in Tallahassee, Fl. every June. HOBY’s mission is to inspire and develop a global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. HOBY programs provide students selected by their schools to participate in unique leadership training, service-learning and motivation-building experiences.In my free time you can catch me attending any sporting events, hanging out with friends/family, being an advocate for the agriculture industry, cheering on my gators in "The Swamp,"​ laying on the beach, exploring Florida's nature or traveling around the country.
