The Power of community is real, and it can bring chaos or flow. My job is to support human centred companies and coliving spaces in finding ways to create the right conditions for a genuine and strong community to blossom, and put processes in place that will nurture engagement, belonging and accountability. I'm a (human) copywriter, content creator, event-operations-communications manager, and so much more than those titles. I live to write stories, (be) inspire(d), bring people together and create meaningful moments. I also host the podcast "The Humans Inside the Pods", discussing with residents about their experience living in communities.I recently published a book called Have Your Cake and Share It Too, talking about my experience of community living and all the questions, challenges and learnings it brought with respect to the Society I was brought up in and the world I wish to live in.

The title says it all, right?COLIVE is working towards fixing 3 big issues our Society faces today in big cities such as Stockholm:- The housing crisis - The lack of accommodation while the number of people moving to the city keeps rising- The sky high prices in the city, preventing young professionals to find accommodation and take their independence - the ever growing sense of loneliness in our so called "always connected" Society. My role is to work closely with the team and our Colivers (residents) to make sure they get the best of their experience in our shared housing facilities and constantly improve our support, services and to encourage and nurture inspiration and personal growth.

K9 (Tech Farm) is a completely self run Co-Living Community in the heart of Stockholm that opened in November 2016. Atm (May 2019) We are 53 humans and 1 dog, between the ages of 20 and 52 (the dog is 1) from 24-ish different countries. The Community is run on a volunteer base. When moving in every one is invited to take part in the Community depending on their ability and time, through a system of teams taking care of different areas ( Community & Culture, On-off boarding, Management & Communication, Maintenance, Beauty & Space, Economic Association). We also have a monthly house meeting to address tactical and governance concerns, issues and suggestions. Finally, included in our rent we have a small house budget that we use to buy shared supplies such as spices, tea, coffee, detergent and so forth. With the remaining of the money we try to fund Community and growth building activities, workshop, events… From January 18 to May 19 I was lucky enough to be trusted with the role of Liaison communicating with the landlord, the Tech Farm team leading the Vinnova research project as well as taking on journalists and companies request for tours and interviews. Leading, among others, with great articles in one of Sweden's biggest newspaper Dagens Nyheter and The New York Times. All of this, of course with the constant support of my housemates.
