Sludge Treatment Facility project.- Analyzing, coordinating and following the execution of the Purchaseorder or subcontract dossiers from signature to shipment.- Organizing and driving kick-off meetings, progress meetings with thesuppliers and departments involved (engineering, planning, construction,inspection, documentation control). In charge of minutes of meeting.- Collecting from the Vendor contractual documents.- Anticipating any slippages to make sure all contractual miles stones aremet.- Approving of Vendor’s invoices after having checked the compliance bythe vendor of all the payment schedule conditions in the PO.- Planning & delegating inspectors to carry out all the inspection visitsscheduled.- Issuing the release for packing.- Reviewing of the Material Status Reports to verify that all materials have been delivered.

- Management of a 4-member team: 2 sales service assistants, 1 procurement assistant and 1 technical assistant.- Input forecasting and stock control of spare parts of heat pumps and air conditioners on the French market for over 10 years. Factories located in Japan, Thailand and Scotland.- Identification and management of technical issues with the support of Japanese engineers.- Supervising of customer orders administration from their reception to their delivery to French distributors and fitters.- Setting up procedures in order to structure communication between customers, sales force and after sales department.- Monitoring and analysis of the department activity. Reports sent to the management and factories.- Member of a European working group aiming to harmonize the data base within MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC EUROPE branches (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and France).

- Stock control of our 2 French warehouses. Responsible for the supplying schedule of finished goods (indoor and outdoor units of residential and tertiary ranges) manufactured in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and Scotland (regular business trips).- Calculation of definite purchasing up to 6 months and up to 12-month forecasts with the support of our sales and marketing departments. Purchasing orders (placed in SAP) and 12 months forecasts sent to factories.- Creation and updating of PSI (Purchasing, Sales, Incomings), calculation tool for finished goods forecasts. Excel Management control data monthly forwarded to factories.- Daily stock control in order to meet short and medium requirements sent by our sales department(invitations to tender in the tertiary range items): Consultation of other European branches and factories,compromise solutions found with the support of our sales men (with knowledge of the products).- Reporting sent weekly to the head office in London (detailed stock situation).- Taking part in the European PSI (calculation tool allowing to give our sales and purchasing forecasts to our factories) creation in order to obtain a common format within the 7 European branches.This PSI also enables branches to get a better openness of logistic data from factories.

-Evaluation of quarterly input in dialogue with the marketing department (monthly sales forecasts meetings). Planning and management of deliveries.-Manufacturing Orders sent to European factories (Scandinavia,Germany, Spain, Italy and the UK) and USA. AS400 (IBM) parametering.-Freight organization (quotation and clearing).Stock control of 2 French warehouses up to 12 months.-Organizing the removal of our 2 warehouses to a central warehouse.

-Collection of commodities requests from European sales offices(Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe).-Placing of purchasing orders to suppliers (Philips, Intel, AMD, andMicron). Planning and follow up of deliveries to European warehouses.-Stock control up to 24 months for some items (backlog management in SAP). Responsible for goods return and stock rotations.-MRP configuration in SAP for in charge items.
