I work to grow and equip Audubon's Western Rivers Action Network, building on past wins and increasing the effectiveness of Audubon's conservation advocacy in order to protect water resources for people and birds. I coordinate communications, community events, and strategic planning to foster meaningful partnerships benefiting birds and the places they need.

I provided fundraising and communications support for the Executive Director by writing grant proposals, facilitating donor relations, managing donor outreach and engagement, and fostering sponsorship opportunities. I also coordinated events, and served as a main correspondent for communications and marketing efforts.

I provided support for the Volunteer Coordinator of the Parks and Recreation Department to better manage and track volunteerism efforts and initiatives, which included the development of a volunteer manual, website updates, and marketing material for volunteers. I also assisted in coordinating volunteer projects, in addition to implementing tracking.

In the Office of Sustainability, I worked on projects such as researching a Green Events Policy, documenting green infrastructure, and supporting implementation of High School Student Council Sustainability Officers. I gained experience creating signage and writing about an inner-office event, creating the Office's internal website with Microsoft.

CREATE is the Arizona Science Center's community hub that utilizes engineering, technology, and the arts to empower people of all ages to become makers. As the Coordinator, I was in charge of making sure the 6,500 square-foot space ran as efficiently as possible. I managed the schedules of all our rooms and equipment, offered an enjoyable first impression.
