As an IT and Cybersecurity Manager, I am highly successful at directing infrastructure performance and cybersecurity protection on a large-scale. Other achievements while at NASA include the creation of multiple operating system baselines that were compliant 95% or higher for NIST and STIGs. I also led a security team in locating and mitigating over 250,000 critical and high long-term vulnerabilities within one year.Prior to this, I was a Network Administrator with Huntsville Hospital where I managed file servers throughout the Hospital System which consisted of over 28 TB of data. I provided medical system integration expertise for a large-scale project that directly affected patient health, safety, and identification.I was also an Information Security Manager for Network & Computer Systems with the United States Army where I managed and completed 15,000 work orders within an enterprise BMC Remedy application system environment and a locally built Linux based support ticket system. I also achieved 100% compliance in information assurance during annual Inspector General audits within the DoD for 4 straight years.I hold training in Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, and Information Technology Specialist. I have Secret Security Clearance and certifications in SANS GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH); FAA Private Pilot Exam & Student Pilot Solo Endorsement; BMC Remedy; Dell Certified Technician; CompTIA Network+; CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
