CurrentActing member of the Executive Leadership Team, working to provide strategic direction for the overall operational success of the business. Collaborate with leadership in all employee relation issues to maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and processes to mitigate liability risks and ensure consistent and equitable application across all departments. Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, training and development, budget, and labor relations. Design and implement the overall recruitment strategy for the organization in order to meet current and future staffing needs. Conduct talent reviews with leaders to pinpoint strengths and areas of development for their direct reports. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Utilize HR metrics to understand how HR initiatives support continued growth of the business. Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s HRIS system for record-keeping and employee management.
