Lead Technologist at Booz Allen focusing on the firm's Agile presence and the federal client I am empowering. As an Agile Coach, I have the opportunity to work with many passionate clients and listen to their needs. Often, I am helping teams self-organize, leveraging a clients mission with their business needs, empowering passionate employees, and much more. Additionally, when not working at the client site, I am helping develop groundbreaking internal technological prototypes using agile methodologies as well as ramp up the firm's' overall Agile image and resources.

Product Manager (PM) using agile principles within the Capability Delivery Division of the Office of Transformation Coordination (OTC) of US Citizenship & Immigration Services of the US Department of Homeland Security. Serving as a PM overseeing portions of the Flexible Agile Development Services (FADS) contract within OTC. Everyday offers new and engaging challenges within OTC. As a PM, I have the opportunity to oversee development, testing, and analysis of the effort to modernize the paper-based benefit process into the paperless Electronic Immigration System (ELIS) in order to streamline the naturalization (N-400) process. In this complex and time sensitive project, I have the opportunity to be an influential product manager and develop others in the creation of USCIS' paperless gold standard: the naturalization benefit.

National Security Analyst within the National Security Division of the Fraud Detection & National Security Directorate of US Citizenship & Immigration Services of the US Department of Homeland Security.

Working within the National Security Division (NSD) of Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS), my job is to ensure cross-agency collaboration amongst other federal agencies to support a functional immigration process in regards to national security cases.

Committed to the college's mission, this job entailed working with various staff, students, and prospective students. Primarily, this job entailed one on one communication between the tour guide and the prospective student in order to better understand if the prospective was fit for the college's academic rigor and/or social scene.
