I provided account management services to roughty 60 clients. If there were issues with the account, I would work with them to resolve thoes issues. We would meet quarterly to discuss the state of their IT infrastructure, field questions, plan for future renewals/replacements, and look for ways to improve operations through ticket data and questions. Making sure 23 enterprise level clients are being taken care of from an IT standpoint. Involved with project planning, future growth planning, immediate IT support needs, knowledge base documentation, VIP reporting, and act as trusted advisor. Within one year of being employed at Directpointe I was promoted to mainly manage the larger enterprise level clients.

Managed the IT environment for the Utah LTAP center including active directory, web servers, file servers, FTP servers, and apps server running in both a Windows and Linux environment. I also help to start monthly webinar meeting for washtox (http://www.washto-x.org) that involved engineering professionals from across the nation. I was in charge of creating the website, backend database, PHP code, posting, following up with the agenda of speakers, and creating a video summary of the event and posting it on the web.I created an online ERP system used mainly to track certifications that individuals received from the Utah LTAP Center. I migrated many large Microsoft Access database into MySQL and restructured the database to comply with industry standards. I optimized the existing queries and was able to increase the efficiently and speed at which data was access and displayed by over 50%.

I interned as an IT assistant under Lewiston State Banks CIO during spring semester of 2007 doing such things as patching vulnerabilities, cataloging and storing software media, creating installation documentation (KB articles) on bank specific software, workstation audits, and any other jobs related to IT.I assisted in a project which included migrating to SQL Server and working with third-party vendors.
