As the Executive Director of Recruiting and Selection, my role was responsible for the direct recruiting and daily oversight of the recruiting in our 4 offices(Downers Grove, Schaumburg, Naperville and River North). Developing and managing our process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting financial representatives to insure our interview process is one of the best in our industry. As the Executive Director of Recruiting I was also responsible for the development of campus recruiters and our full-time recruiters in all aspects of recruiting and selection.
