As Community Research Manager, I was responsible for building a human-centered, scalable research program that enabled the organization to learn from the communities it served. This included collaborating with other departments to build research ops protocols and processes for engaging in large, ongoing projects with vulnerable communities and sensitive subjects. This role also included communicating cross-departmentally, providing deliverables to multiple audiences, tracking project progress, and designing and conducting quasi-experimental survey tests. I also established relationships with community organizations and developed protocols for the sustained recruitment of participants with lived experience of the public benefits system.
