As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, I am responsible for the recruitment and sourcing for the North Florida Operations division. My specialties for this division include, but are not limited to, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, Penetration Testers, and other similar positions. In my role, I am also responsible for the Affirmative Action Programs within COLSA. I am responsible for the compiling and analyzing of the data to ensure it is correct, prior to submitting to our consultant. Once received, I review and analyze the findings to create action plans to meet any goals, if any. I am also responsible for the outreach toward Individuals with Disabilities and Veterans.

As the HR Recruiting Assistant and Co-Op for COLSA Corporation I am responsible for the technical recruitment of two contracts within the Huntsville Area. I am also responsible for the assistance of the Technical Recruiters through sourcing for positions as well as contacting candidates for an invitation to apply to a specific requisition. As the only HR representative at the store level, I was responsible for the keying of payroll each week. I was responsible for the training compliance. I also implemented a training tracking system that helped our store reach the goals set forth by the district management team. Eventually this tracker was also implemented across the district. I enjoyed what I did at Kmart because I was able to assist employees with their concerns as well as help the company grow through the people aspect of the business.

My responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing other employees, resolving customer complaints and concerns, balancing the cash drawer, opening and closing procedures, and handling returns and exchanges for customers.
