• Coordination - Maintenance and ongoing updates for offer letters, job descriptions, request templates, signatures, communications, travel guides, and SOPs. Support to recruiters in Spartanburg, Wilkes Barre, and Indianapolis distribution centers, as well as recruiters and coordinators in Portland headquarters. Creation of over 2,000 offer letters in 2021. • Recruiting - execution of temp to full-time conversion process, ownership of job requisitions as needed, start to finish support of hiring events, tracking of employee referrals, creation of flyers, handouts, job postings, and TV announcements, while continually collaborating with Human Resources, HR Services, and Operations teams. • Other - process vendor invoices, create diversity surveys, research career fair opportunities, attend career fairs, future planning for NextGen internship programs, and facilitation of biweekly team building activities.

• Full-cycle recruiting including: communicating with Operations to meet the Client’s (adidas) high volume needs, locating ideal candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting interviews for internal conversions and external applicants, verifying education, military service, and work history, ordering local, state, and national background checks, extending job offer letters, coordinating pre-employment drug screens, conducting New Hire Orientations, and E-Verifying all new associates. • Other duties include: attending Goodwill job fairs and local high school career fairs, updating internet job postings, and maintaining warehouse communication TV monitors.• Converted to adidas Talent Acquisition Coordinator October 2019

Oversee all activity in the New Car Showroom, direct incoming customer calls through the dealership switchboard, greet and direct guests, and maintain showroom inventory.

• Supervise activity in the Olin Building, including directing visitors, assisting students and faculty, answering any Wofford related questions, receive and deliver packages, and provide solutions to any other issues. • Maintain inventory of the Olin supply closet, and order new supplies as needed.

• Raised support for student scholarships, academic programs, athletics, and critical needs of the college’s budget through The Wofford Fund and Terrier Club. I personally raised $38,700 during my two years of employment. • Represented Wofford to build relationships with the college’s alumni, and parents and friends, while sharing the importance of The Wofford Fund, Terrier Club, and regular financial support.

• Perform various data analyses such as compensation comparisons, create spreadsheets, input data, manage job descriptions, and consult with others in the Human Resources department. • I restructured how Denny’s handles job descriptions. This included a new job description template, creating procedures for making new jobs and editing existing jobs, and how to communicate information to supervisors. • Departments shadowed: Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Corporate HR, Field HR, and Recruiting.
