Current• Recruiting for Corporate / Leadership requisitions January 2024 to Present. • Recruited for High Volume requisitions January 2022 to January 2024. • Ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes including position briefing with hiring managers, creative job advertising, candidate sourcing through diverse strategies, application review and talent pool creation, candidate screening and evaluation, coordinate and engage in candidate interviews, offer extension, and onboarding confirmation, all while ensuring positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. • Collaborating with teams including Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, HR Services, Operations, Productivity and Planning, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Procurement to understand talent requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and confirm onboarding necessities, to align efforts and ensure candidate care. • Additional responsibilities are included but not limited to data management (candidate information, internal systems, data protection), reporting metrics (recruiting metrics such as source of hire, time to fill, conversion rates, and attrition rates), as well as continually seeking new and innovative ways to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
