Acts as a subject matter expert for Regional Director and REMs for all Real Estate department processes and procedures; assists with correspondence needed by REM’s; updates various weekly reports and developed and maintain company-wide database of potential new store locations; responsible for the creation of presentations and economic deal sheets used for the approval process for new store locations; monitors all deals in Northeast Region to assist with cadence and reviews final lease documents to ensure accuracy; oversees the progress of all active deals from legal, store planning and construction; researches and plots potential Family Dollar stores locations, retail competition, big box retailers, etc.

Assisted company in acquiring bid to represent the University of North Carolina in the sale of a ±130 acre land parcel donated by an alumni. Responsibilities included the collection of demographic and economic data, conducting local market research, and utilizing locational analysis skills to create marketing package for the sale of this land.
