I believe design is a powerful, unique tool that must be used for the betterment of our society and world. I value inclusion, sustainability, empathy, and social justice — so if the work doesn't consider those, I'm not interested. For example, one of my proudest moments as a designer was when a tearful librarian shared that my inclusive, thoughtful illustrations for the Children's Section caused a wheelchair-bound boy to shout excitedly: "That kid that looks like me!". My creative background and eight years of experience in design have honed my skills in branding, packaging and labeling, and advertising campaigns. I've also found that my knack for problem-solving doesn't end with design, but even extends to project management and organizational tasks.I graduated from Brigham Young University with a BFA degree in Graphic Design. I currently live near Salt Lake City with my adorable pup Tucker — when I'm not busy volunteering with environmental and social justice organizations, you can find me playing TTRPGs and video games, roller skating at the park, or working on my next short story with a cup of boba tea nearby.I'm currently searching for full-time work, and am open to relocating, so if you like what you've heard and seen, hit me up!
