Morgan M. Hinckley, Esq., owner of Hinckley Legal PLLC, is a passionate attorney who specializes in commercial and residential real-estate and lending in the Rochester & Finger Lakes regions. She also regularly represents clients in the Old Forge Region of the Adirondacks, staying true to her roots as a Blue Mountain Lake native . Morgan graduated from Clarkson University in 2016 with a degree in Political Science. After graduating from Clarkson University, Morgan began to pursue her legal career by attending the Syracuse University College of Law. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate in the spring of 2019. While attending Syracuse, she spent her summers interning for Bell Tenant Champions, Coughlin & Gerhart LLP, and Barclay Damon, LLP. At Barclay Damon, LLP, she reviewed complex commercial leases, drafted commercial purchase agreements, and attended residential real estate lenders’ closings.Hinckley Legal PLLC, located in the heart of Macedon, focuses on residential and commercial real estate and lending. Morgan focuses on providing an efficient and simplified residential and commercial real estate process for her clients, as she understands how confusing and laborious this process can be. Through her thorough and detail-oriented work style, she provides effective representation of both residential and commercial real estate clients alike. Whether it is representing a client on their first-time home purchase or a client purchasing a multi-unit investment property, Morgan works diligently on keeping the closing date on track and communicating with her clients every step of the way.Morgan started her career as an attorney in the City of Rochester where she worked for Underberg & Kessler, LLP in their residential real estate department. She coordinated and attended hundreds of residential real estate closings, representing multiple lenders and clients alike. After working in Rochester for a year, Morgan wanted to work for a smaller firm where she could help contribute more to her community and the success of the firm. Morgan began working at Kowalski Legal, PLLC, and commuting from her new residence in Macedon. Here, she oversaw, managed, and led residential, construction, and commercial real estate closings for the firm. After working in Geneva for two years, Morgan decided it was time to start her own practice in Macedon, an area that she has come to call home.
